WP2- Developpement- Technical skills

This WP aims to reinforce the technical skills of Moroccan trainers in smart coastal management and sustainable Blue growth. The 2 activities of this WP will strengthen their basic technical and high-tech instrumentation knowledge.

1/New skills will be acquired by the Moroccan staff through two weeks “job-shadowing” mobility.

2/A Data Management Applied School will be organized on topics related to data management to benefit to both Moroccan students and staff.

As a result, the consortium will work collectively to develop the technical training modules necessary to the elaboration of the Master curriculum using the outcomes of the previous activities.

Activities:

  1. Acquiring new technical skills through the job-shadowing mobilities and the Data Management Applied School
    1. Organize the job-shadowing mobilities from Morocco to Europe
    2. Collect the activity reports
    3. Organize seminars for the Data Management Applied School
    4. Collect the feedback and activity reports
  2. Transferring the newly acquired skills through the analysis of activity reports and feedbacks
    1. Analyze the activity and mobility reports
    2. Analyze the feedback and activity reports of the Data Management Applied School

Delivrables:

  1. Job-shadowing mobilities on Technical skills: the activity reports will be used to develop the training modules for the Master program ScolaMAR
  2. Data Management Applied School: the activity reports will be used to develop the training modules about data management for the Master program ScolaMAR
